Your success, our mission.The Job:You will be responsible for :- Identify and research potential clients and market segments to generate leads.- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and meetings.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and forecasts using CRM - tools.Ideal Candidate:- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (0 -1 years preferred).- Experience within would be a strong advantage.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
