Selected intern 's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruit good talent for GrowFitter for various profiles across the company through screening resumes and shortlisting applications.
2. Update employee database with proper details.
3.Work in the creation of good training modules for teams like business development, operations, etc.
4. Help create employee policies with regards to policies within GrowFitter to entail good discipline and reporting.
5. Create an employee engagement program and conduct weekly activities for the same.
6. Organize relevant company events and activities.
