Sales Executive - Credit Card

Reports to: Team Leader/Assistant Manager - Credit Card Sales

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Credit Card Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling credit cards to new and existing customers, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Meet Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets by selling credit cards to new and existing customers.

2. Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers through various sales channels, such as telesales, branch sales, and external sales.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase card usage and retention.

4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with credit card products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.

5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.

6. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Team Leader/Assistant Manager.
