Job Summary:We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for our Agency Channel team. The role involves recruiting agents, supporting them in generating business, and achieving sales targets through field visits and active relationship management.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, approach, and recruit new agents/advisors.- Guide and support agents to promote and sell insurance/financial products.- Conduct regular field visits to drive business through agent networks.- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure consistent performance.- Assist in training sessions and promotional activities.- Share daily updates and reports with the reporting manager.Requirements:Education: Graduation (Bachelor s degree is mandatory).- 2-3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in insurance, BFSI, or telecom).- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
