2. Employee Onboarding and Training
Overseeing the orientation process for new hires.
Organizing training programs.
Developing employee skills.
Ensuring compliance with company policies.
3. Employee Relations
Addressing and resolving employee concerns.
Mediating conflicts.
Fostering a positive work environment.
Effective communication and problem-solving.
4. Performance Management
Implementing performance evaluation systems.
Setting goals.
Providing feedback.
Managing employee performance issues.
5. Compensation and Benefits
Designing and administering compensation structures.
Managing benefits programs.
Ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices.
6. Compliance and Legal Issues
Ensuring organizational compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Handling legal issues related to employment.
7. Policy Development and Implementation
Creating, updating, and enforcing company policies and procedures related to HR practices.
8. Workplace Safety and Health
Implementing safety programs.
Ensuring a safe work environment.
Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should be female.
Minimum 4 years of HR experience in handling all of the above responsibilities.

Proven track record as an HR Manager or other management roles.
Minimum 1 years of experience in End to End Recruitment
Employee Management Experience.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree in human resources
Experience: 4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.
