We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Sr. Manager to join our team in noida, Delhi (IN:DL), India (IN).
Title of role:
Technical Analyst
The role is with the Digital team, which is part of the Business Platforms function.
The Technical Analyst will assist in design review and delivery of a coherent architecture and technology roadmap to support large scale projects as part of strategic and transformation roadmap for business:as:usual deliveries.
The role involves working with Management, Business, change management and IT Partners on phases of the software development lifecycle including Requirements Analysis and Solution Design using existing technology platforms.

Lead the design of the functional and technical solution components, as an input for development, testing and maintenance of the applications and IT services ensuring they align with the overall IT strategy and roadmap.

Define the interaction between application packages, databases, and middleware systems in terms of functional coverage.

Provide guidance to the bank 's IT partner teams and answer questions in relation to the proposed solutions.
:
Provide oversight and assurance on solutions delivered by IT partners and validate business specifications of these solutions.

Act as second: and third:line support by defining appropriate solution(s) with the IT partners and communicating these to the business.

Conduct IT Impact assessments, including consideration of the implications of the required application changes on the wider IT ecosystem.

Collaborate with business and IT colleagues to create solutions that exceed our customers ' expectations.

Decision Making: Is responsible for creating and clearly communicating product backlog items to ensure that the product backlog is transparent and clear to all. Prioritises and orders backlog items. Anticipates issues, makes informed decisions and recommendations, takes corrective action and manages changing priorities.

Problem Solving: Facilitates small group sessions to achieve focused outcomes. Designs and presents new solutions and processes to help achieve these outcomes.

Collaboration: Acts as a key member of a multi:disciplinary squad and collaborates with this squad to achieve squad outcomes and to ensure solutions meet the customer requirements. Provides and supports the implementation of solutions by effective relationships with key stakeholders and acts as a link between stakeholder groups.

Level of Influence: Engages and manages stakeholders : is sensitive to the needs of each stakeholder yet comfortable to challenge / pushback where appropriate. Presents potential solutions to senior stakeholders. Influences the overall solution recommendations and defines outcomes.

Be an experienced IT professional with 5 years, a proven track record in delivery of IT enabled change and with a degree or higher in a technology:related discipline preferred.

Be expert in the use of Web based technologies and Agile /Waterfall project management methodologies.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
