Job Description
Selected intern 's day-to-day responsibilities include:&
1. College Relations & Outreach Focus
2. Sales & Business Development Focus
3. Content & Community Focus
4. Marketing & Communications Focus
5. Quality Assurance & Operations Focus

Key Responsibilities

1. College Relations & Outreach Focus

  • Research, identify, and connect with student organizations, campus groups, university departments, and career services centers to establish meaningful partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain a college ambassador program to promote brand awareness on campuses.
  • Assist in planning and executing campus outreach events (virtual or in-person), including workshops, info sessions, and tabling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with student influencers to create on-brand content that resonates with a collegiate audience.
  • Monitor and analyze campus outreach effectiveness, reporting on engagement metrics and adjusting strategy accordingly.
  • Support employer branding efforts by developing collateral tailored to students and entry-level candidates.

2. Sales & Business Development Focus

  • Assist in identifying potential B2B or B2C leads through research, CRM tools, and outreach campaigns.
  • Draft personalized outreach messages and marketing emails to prospects under supervision.
  • Collaborate with the sales and partnerships teams to align branding with outreach strategies.
  • Contribute to pitch decks, proposals, and partnership packets.
  • Track interactions and follow-ups using sales management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Help coordinate virtual or in-person partnership meetings and take part in lead nurturing activities.

3. Content & Community Focus

  • Brainstorm, draft, and publish blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and multimedia assets that reflect the brand s voice and mission.
  • Work with the community team to engage with users on social platforms, forums, and at events.
  • Help moderate and grow online communities including Discord, Slack, Reddit, LinkedIn, or private community portals.
  • Support the content calendar by identifying key trends and opportunities for engagement.
  • Write and schedule social media content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and TikTok.
  • Interview community members or team stakeholders for feature content and testimonials.

4. Marketing & Communications Focus

  • Assist in implementing brand messaging strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Contribute to the development of promotional campaigns, event communications, and product launches.
  • Help manage internal communication initiatives and brand update memos.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and other interns to produce visually cohesive assets.
  • Track marketing KPIs and assist in compiling reports that provide insight into campaign performance.
  • Help ensure brand tone, look, and feel are consistently applied across all materials.

5. Quality Assurance & Operations Focus

  • Participate in quality control checks for marketing materials, sales documents, and external communications.
  • Assist with organizing digital assets, campaign files, and brand guides.
