Key Responsibilities

1. Handling Customer Calls
   • Respond to incoming customer calls in a prompt and professional manner.
   • Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers as required.
   • Handle high volumes of calls while maintaining call quality and professionalism.
   • Record details of conversations accurately in the system.
2. Providing Effective Solutions
   • Listen actively to customers to understand their issues or inquiries.
   • Resolve customer complaints, concerns, or service-related issues effectively and efficiently.
   • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when needed.
   • Offer appropriate solutions or alternatives within defined time limits.
3. Customer Relationship Management
   • Maintain a courteous and helpful tone at all times.
   • Build positive relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
   • Follow-up on unresolved issues or callbacks as per service level agreements (SLAs).
   • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
4. Achieving Targets and KPIs
   • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to customer handling, resolution rate, first call resolution (FCR), and customer satisfaction.
   • Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handling time (AHT), quality score, and call abandonment rate.
   • Participate in coaching sessions, feedback meetings, and training programs to improve performance.
5. Compliance and Data Security
   • Follow company policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
   • Ensure customer data confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations.
   • Avoid unauthorized disclosures of sensitive company or customer information.
