Key Responsibilities:
Get acquainted with strengths, opportunities and weaknesses (SOW ) of company
Representing company with presentation of high values always
Work with the team, to generate leads and market information
Planning and overseeing new initiatives
Secure, recall business from existing customers while targeting new ones
Build market position by locating, defining, and strengthening business relationships
Work ethically and with integrity to achieve business goals
Formulate presentations for client submission as per the guidelines of company
Build a network with PMC, Architects and Clients for better branding, work progress etc.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Constant following up of new and old leads with eye on the market expansion
Maintain the lead master
Provide the regular Management information as to the plan, action and results periodically
