What role you will play in team
We are looking for a skilled SAP Authorization and Security Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands:on experience in SAP security and authorization, with a strong understanding of SAP role/user management and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) access control. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure secure and compliant SAP environments while supporting business needs.

What you will do
:SAP Role and User Management:
:Design, maintain, and optimize SAP roles and profiles, including custom roles, ensuring alignment with business requirements and security best practices.
:GRC Access Control and Administration:
:Provide technical expertise in GRC modules such as Access Request Management, Access Risk Analysis, and Business Role Management. Perform GRC administration tasks and support compliance initiatives.
:Compliance and Audit Support:
:Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure SOX compliance and maintain secure, auditable systems.
:Impact and Gap Analysis:
:Conduct detailed impact and gap analyses. Develop and implement corrective action plans to address security:related issues and support end:user requests.
:Training and Documentation:
:Create training materials and conduct knowledge:sharing sessions on SAP GRC and security best practices for team members.
