Required Telecalling - Mumbai

Selected intern 's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Outbound Calling and Prospecting:
1. Initiate outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list or lead database
2. Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities and identify potential clients
3. Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through consistent prospecting efforts
B. Product knowledge and pitching:
1. Possess in-depth knowledge of the products or services being offered
2. Clearly and effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
3. Customize sales pitches based on customer needs and provide relevant information to address inquiries
C. Achieve sales targets and metrics:
1. Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
2. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue generated
3. Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism
