Job Description

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking hard-working, motivated, and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide range of stationery, pens, and gift items to retailers, wholesalers, corporate clients, and other business customers. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. The ideal candidate should come from a background in stationery, pens, or gifts, and should possess a passion for sales and customer interaction. A valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license is essential, as the job involves field visits. While prior experience in sales (1 3 years) is preferred, enthusiastic and capable freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Generation:
    • Actively promote and sell the company s products to new and existing customers.
    • Visit retail shops, distributors, gift shops, schools, and offices to pitch products and close sales.
    • Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
    • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
    • Understand client needs and offer suitable products and solutions.
    • Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the complete range of products.
    • Stay updated with new product launches, pricing, offers, and schemes.
    • Educate clients about product features, pricing, benefits, and usage.
  4. Market Expansion:
    • Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
    • Expand client base by networking, cold calling, and attending exhibitions and trade fairs.
    • Gather feedback from the market and report competitor activities.
  5. Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain proper records of client visits, calls, and sales data.
    • Submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager regarding performance and progress.
    • Keep documentation up to date, including invoices, order forms, and delivery records.
  6. Coordination & Teamwork:
    • Work closely with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
    • Collaborate with other sales executives and internal departments for smooth operations.
    • Participate in team meetings, training programs, and workshops.

Requirements:

  • Must be a hard-working, honest, and self-motivated individual.
  • Should possess a valid 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler driving license.
  • Must be willing to travel within the city or assigned territory for client visits.
  • Prior experience in the stationery, pens, or gifts trade is preferred.
  • Freshers with enthusiasm and strong communication skills are welcome.
