Field Marketing Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts by executing marketing campaigns and events on the ground. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between marketing and sales, ensuring that our brand is effectively represented in targeted regions or markets. As a Field Marketing Executive, you will be the face of the brand at the local level. You will work closely with sales teams to plan and implement campaigns that are aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Strategy:

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand business goals and regional targets.
• Develop and implement field marketing strategies tailored to local market conditions.
• Identify target audiences and plan field activities that appeal to those demographics.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the local market.

2. Campaign Execution:

• Execute field marketing campaigns such as roadshows, in-store promotions, local events, trade shows, product demonstrations, and customer outreach programs.
• Coordinate logistics for field events, including venue selection, equipment setup, staffing, promotional materials, and signage.
• Work with designers and content teams to develop promotional materials, giveaways, and marketing collateral.

3. Lead Generation:

• Engage with potential customers and partners to promote products and generate high-quality leads.
• Qualify leads on-site and ensure proper follow-up by the sales team.
• Track and report on the performance of field campaigns and events, including lead conversion rates and return on investment (ROI).

4. Brand Representation:

• Serve as a brand ambassador, consistently representing the brand s values, tone, and image in the field.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients, existing customers, and local influencers to promote long-term engagement.
• Monitor customer feedback in real time and share insights with internal teams to improve future marketing strategies.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of different field marketing activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving future marketing efforts.

6. Collaboration:

• Partner closely with sales representatives to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
