Job Description for Export/Import Documentation& Specialist: An export / import documentation specialist is responsible for supporting export/Import activities, oversees preparation of commercial documents in accordance with LC/TT, and handles CHA and related agencies. Role and Responsibility: Person needs& to perform the following tasks: & & & & & & Pre & Post shipment Documentation. & & & & & & Handle the Customs Clearance: Regulations, Procedures Documentation, DGFT, CHA, Freight Forwarding. & & & & & & knowledge of Indian and Foreign trade policies & operations to ensure effective management of the exports business. & & & & & & Coordination with Overseas Buyers, CHA, freight forwarders & Shipping Agents regarding shipments, Preparation of BRC. & & & & & & Bank works related to Export Documentation. & Requirements: & & & & & & Graduation & & & & & & At Least 8 years of experience in similar areas. & & & & & & Strong communicator, both verbal and written. & & & & & & Past references from previously worked companies are mandatory. & & & & & & Excellent verbal and written communication skills. & & & & & & Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies. & & & & & & Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. & & & & & & Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
