Required Accountant Executive - Mumbai

Job Summary:

The Accountant Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounting tasks, preparing reports, assisting in audits, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and financial regulations. This role supports day-to-day bookkeeping and plays a key part in the preparation of accounts payable, receivable, GST filings, payroll support, and reconciliation processes. Job Responsibilities:& Accounts& Executive Accounts& Management & & & & & & & Handle day-to-day accounting operations using & tally & software. & & & & & & & Prepare & monthly and yearly financial closing activities. & & & & & & & Reconcile bank statements and control cash funds accounting . Statutory Compliance & & & & & & & Ensure timely and accurate information for filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.). & & & & & & & Manage TDS calculations, and & payments . & & & & & & & Handle PF, ESIC, and other statutory dues compliances. & & & & & & & Manage direct and indirect taxes Audit Coordination & & & & & & & Prepare and maintain audit schedules and documentation. & & & & & & & Coordinate with statutory auditors for smooth audit processes. Assist in Legal & Secretarial Work & & & & & & & Review agreements, MoUs, and other legal documents. & & & & & & & Assist the Co secretary in ROC filings, board meeting documentation, and minutes. Liaison & Communication & & & & & & & Liaise with auditors, consultants, and vendors. & & & & & & & Prepare data for responding to notices, queries, and correspondences related to tax& compliance.
