Technical Service Role (10-15 Yrs) Nagpur/Maharashtra (After-Sales/Customer Service)

1. Job Purpose:Contribute skill & knowledge towards Customer Satisfaction with effective communication & co-ordination among the different department of organization. Explore the product range & promote high end construction product in organizational benefit. To enhance the technical skill of internal & external customers by providing training for Product complaint resolution. 2. Responsibility:S.No Details of Responsibilities:1 To develop the new customer in supporting role to marketing team for all products2 Provide the suitable & equivalent product feasibility against the customer enquiries3 Provide Training to internal Marketing team & CS for product range exploration & Awareness4 Conduct Technical Seminar at customer s end for Product range exploration & business development5 In existing customer s Drive, promote high end & better construction product for improved performance6 Design a New Drive with suitable construction product and suggestion of same suitable for application7 To visit at Customer end for complaint attend & relation of same8 Ensure Timely closure of Complaint & corrective action implementation9 Customer satisfaction survey & feedback collection, twice in an year for improvement10 Requirement of PPAP completion in time from Customer end by co-ordination with R&D QA11 Branding, Literature, Catalogue , Manual option time to time against any new Product Launch and change12 New Application study & product development feedback to Design team for same13 New Product development suggestion against sample/Proto type, with Field Validation & Monitoring feedback14 Manage the customer s Plant visit & Audit activity successfully by co-ordination of respective department15 Ensure Timely response for feasibility, complaint, drawing, Drive Design, and other technical query resolution by team to all internal & external customers.16 Ensure adherence Customer, QMS and IATF requirements17 Ensure adherence EHS requirements and norms (ref:updazz.com)
