Area Sales Manager - Insurance (1-7 Yrs) Lucknow/Ghaziabad/Sonbhadra (BFSI Sales)

Develop and motivate your sales team, recruit and manage Insurance Advisers in your market, and coordinate effectively with the central team. Key Responsibilities: - Use field visits, lead follow-ups, and cold contacting to bring in new clients.- Recognize the demands of your clients and provide appropriate financial solutions.- Create and preserve a solid rapport with your clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.- Reach monthly sales goals and update the team lead on your progress.- Keep abreast on rival products, industry developments, and product knowledge.- Verify documentation and adherence to legal and corporate requirements.Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor s degree in any field is recommended.
