Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Network Sales Coordinator to support and coordinate sales activities in the Direct Channel. This role involves managing the sales pipeline, coordinating with the field team, tracking leads, and ensuring smooth operational support to achieve business targets.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and support the daily activities of the direct sales team.- Manage lead tracking, assignment, and follow-up processes.- Maintain updated records of sales performance and conversion metrics.- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, underwriting, customer service) for case closures.- Provide regular reports and MIS updates to the management team.- Support onboarding and documentation processes for direct sales agents/executives.- Ensure adherence to company guidelines and compliance standards.- Resolve basic queries from the field team and escalate critical issues as needed.Requirements:- Graduate in any discipline.- 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or back-end sales support.- Strong communication and coordination skills.- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.- Prior experience in insurance, telecom, or BFSI is a plus.For More Info : HR Niveda | PH - 91 70164 59919 (ref:updazz.com)
