About the role:We are seeking a proactive Regional Relationship Officer to guide, mentor, and motivate agents in order to boost output and expansion. Positions and Duties:- Hire, develop, and lead a group of agents to meet individual and group performance objectives.
-Evaluate performance on a regular basis and offer helpful criticism and specialized development plans.
-Create and carry out interesting training initiatives to improve agent competencies.
-To match agent development with corporate objectives, collaborate closely with leadership. Experience & Qualifications: - Must have earned their degree.
-At least one year of experience in marketing and sales, in any field.
-Demonstrated capacity to reach or surpass sales goals.
-Capacity to inspire and guide a group of people to accomplish organizational objectives.
