Required Website Designer - Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Design and Layout Creation:

• Design modern, responsive websites that are visually appealing and user-centric.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Develop intuitive and effective UI/UX for desktop and mobile platforms.
• Ensure visual consistency across all web pages and align designs with branding guidelines.

2. Front-End Development (If Applicable):

• Convert approved designs into functional websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate front-end designs with back-end functionality (e.g., WordPress, PHP, React).
• Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

3. CMS and Platform Customization:

• Customize and manage CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or Webflow.
• Develop custom themes or modify existing templates as needed.
• Update content, images, banners, and plug-ins regularly.

4. UX Optimization and User Journey Planning:

• Analyze user behavior and website metrics to improve navigation and usability.
• Optimize user journeys and calls-to-action (CTAs) to improve conversions.
• Conduct A/B testing and gather feedback to enhance site design and functionality.

5. SEO and Performance Enhancement:

• Design websites with SEO-friendly structure and on-page optimization.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams for keyword integration and metadata.
• Optimize images, scripts, and design elements for faster load times.

6. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Monitor website performance and address technical or design-related issues.
• Keep sites updated with the latest design trends, plugins, and security patches.
• Maintain backup versions of the website to prevent data loss.

7. Project Management and Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with developers, content writers, SEO specialists, and project managers.
• Communicate timelines, deliverables, and design concepts to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
