Job Summary:

The Telesales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the company s revenue by engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone. The primary responsibility is to promote the company s products or services, convert leads into customers, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. This role requires excellent communication, persuasion skills, resilience, and a results-driven attitude. Ideal candidates will be confident, motivated, and capable of working independently while contributing to a team-oriented sales environment. This role is suitable for individuals who are passionate about sales and enjoy interacting with people over the phone.

• Handle customer 's inbound and outbound& calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
• Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
