Required Executive Assistant - Kolkata

What You 'll Be Doing

• Administrative Support:
  • Manage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings (both virtual and in-person)
  • Handle travel planning and booking
  • Answer and manage phone calls, messages, and emails
• Project Coordination:
  • Track tasks and deadlines, and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee vendors and contractors, particularly on basic interior design and repair/construction projects
  • Ensure timely execution of daily operational tasks
• Research & Documentation:
  • Conduct basic web research as needed
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.
• Team & Vendor Liaison:
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors, partners, and clients
  • Monitor project progress and quality control at a basic level

Who You Are

• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of common software and tools (Chrome, Firefox, Word, Excel, Google Docs)
• Strong communication skills clear, confident, and courteous, both written and verbal
• Self-driven and proactive you don t wait to be told what to do; you take initiative
• Meticulous and detail-oriented you take pride in doing things right, down to the smallest detail
• Honest, upfront, and dependable you can be trusted with sensitive tasks and information
• Able to follow through on instructions and keep things moving even when juggling multiple threads
