This is an excellent opportunity for a& freshly qualified ICSI candidate& to begin a rewarding professional journey in corporate compliance, governance, and advisory services. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining statutory records and registers as per the Companies Act, 2013.
• Support the preparation and filing of necessary forms, returns, and reports with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
• Organize and assist in conducting board meetings, general meetings, and drafting minutes.
• Ensure compliance with ROC filings, FEMA regulations, and SEBI guidelines as applicable.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for secretarial and legal compliance requirements.
• Stay updated with changes in corporate laws and regulations.
• Prepare documentation related to company incorporation, changes in directorship, shareholding, etc.

Requirements:

• Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI).
• Good understanding of corporate laws, rules, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with MCA and related compliance portals.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced professional environment.
