Required Telecaller - Indore

Job Summary:

We are hiring Telecallers to join our dynamic and customer-focused team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to contact existing or potential customers over the phone to promote products or services, resolve queries, and maintain customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for updating records, generating leads, and helping increase sales or customer retention. This role requires a clear speaking voice , strong listening skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service. Whether you 're handling inbound queries or outbound marketing calls, your communication and professionalism will directly impact our brand and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calling & Communication:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from a given database.
• Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information about products or services.
• Explain product/service details, offers, and pricing in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Maintain a positive tone and professional language during every call.

2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups:

• Identify sales opportunities during calls and convert leads to appointments or direct sales.
• Follow up on previous leads through call-backs, messages, or emails.
• Ensure timely and consistent follow-up to increase conversion rates.

3. Customer Support & Query Resolution:

• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints politely.
• Guide customers through processes such as account setup, purchase steps, or service use.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members or relevant departments.

4. Data Entry & CRM Updates:

• Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer information, and conversation outcomes.
• Update CRM tools or Excel sheets daily with status updates, remarks, and next follow-up dates.
• Ensure data privacy and confidentiality at all times.

5. Daily Reporting:

• Prepare and share daily reports on the number of calls made, leads generated, and outcomes.
• Inform the team leader of any trends, customer feedback, or issues observed during calls.

Required Skills:

• Clear and confident voice with good pronunciation
• Excellent verbal communication in [mention relevant languages&
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of using smartphones, computers, and Excel
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple calls
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated approach
