Job Description
Area Sales Executive (Small Appliances) Driving sales within a specific geographic region, primarily by working with distributors and dealers to expand the company s reach and market share and also responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This Role also involves managing inventory, ensuring product availability, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets through distributors and direct dealers in the assigned territory.
-Expand business by identifying new market opportunities and launching new products.
-Ensure comprehensive distribution coverage by onboarding new distributors and dealers.
-Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, both in person and remotely.
-Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
-Gather market and customer information to understand needs and preferences.
-Maintain a strong understanding of the product range, features, and benefits.
-Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify trends.
-Ensure adequate stock levels at retail and key accounts.
-Focus on retail, dealers, and other relevant channels within the assigned area.
-Negotiate terms and conditions with customers and distributors to close deals.
-Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends.
-Implement and support sales strategies to achieve company goals. Qualification And Experience:1. Should have 2-5 years of experience in sales in the small appliance industry. 2. Strong negotiation skills are needed to secure favourable terms with customers and distributors. 3. Ability to analyze market data and sales performance to identify opportunities and trends. 4. Ability to address customer issues and resolve problems effectively. 5. Strong organizational skills are needed to manage a territory and track sales performance. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships and closing deals. 7.
