We are currently having an opening for the below:
Position: Application Support Engineer
Client: HDFC
Company Profile: It is India 's largest private sector bank by assets and world 's 10th largest bank by market capitalisation as of April 2021.
Location: Kanjurmarg (5 mins walkable from station)
Experience: 2 Yrs.
Salary: 35-45k CTC
Job Role:
Provide technical support for application systems.
Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a defined TAT.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify potential solutions for how to resolve an issue.
Prioritize multiple, open issues.
Basic SQL development knowledge.
Knowledge of IIS and Windows application and Web Application.
Document issue as troubleshooting progresses.
Follow best practices for change control of proposed solutions.
Document actionable bugs for engineering resolution.
To analyze and resolve application production issues.
Good Written and verbal communication skills.
Working Days: Monday to Friday. Sat-Sun off
Job Timing: 9.30 to 6
