Required Marketing Executive - Delhi

Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the company s marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and supporting business growth through strategic campaigns and market research. This role requires a candidate with strong communication skills, creativity, and analytical abilities. The Marketing Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies across various channels including digital, print, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy Execution:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
• Implement marketing initiatives across multiple channels such as social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, content marketing, and offline promotions.
• Support the development and maintenance of marketing calendars to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing activities with lead generation and sales targets.

2. Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
• Analyze data and campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media insights to provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare reports summarizing market intelligence and campaign outcomes for senior management review.
• Help identify potential customer segments and develop targeted marketing plans.

3. Content Creation and Management:

• Develop engaging marketing content including blog posts, newsletters, social media posts, brochures, and presentations.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and external vendors to produce high-quality creative materials.
• Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines, messaging, and tone of voice.
• Manage and update company websites and social media profiles regularly to maintain a strong online presence.

4. Digital Marketing and Campaign Management:

• Manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
• Monitor SEO performance and work with SEO specialists to improve organic search rankings.
• Maintain marketing automation systems and email marketing tools for efficient lead nurturing.

5. Event Coordination and PR:

• Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, product launches, and webinars.
• Coordinate logistics, vendor communications, and marketing collateral for events.
• Support PR initiatives by preparing press releases, media kits, and coordinating with media contacts.
• Track event outcomes and ROI to guide future event planning.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and messaging.
