Selected intern 's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates for non-technical positions
3. Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees
4. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
5. Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and concerns
6. Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity in handling employee issues
7. Maintain HR records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date
8. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
9. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication
