Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including digital, print, social media, and outdoor media.
  • Develop marketing strategies for promoting specific products, services, or events.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, flyers, and social media posts.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness.

2. Digital Marketing:

  • Manage company presence on digital platforms including social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter), websites, and email marketing tools.
  • Work on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) to increase visibility and traffic to the website.
  • Monitor and analyze online engagement metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
  • Plan and schedule regular content updates, advertisements, and promotions online.

3. Lead Generation and Sales Support:

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through digital outreach, telemarketing, campaigns, and field visits.
  • Maintain a lead database and track engagement to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Support the sales team with marketing materials, customer presentations, and follow-up communication.
  • Participate in product demonstrations, client meetings, and exhibitions as needed.

4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and buying patterns.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers and prospects to guide marketing strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and prepare comparative analysis reports.
  • Suggest pricing, promotional offers, or positioning ideas based on market insights.

5. Branding and Communication:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including internal and external communication.
  • Manage and enhance the company 's image and visibility in the market through PR efforts, collaborations, and brand partnerships.
  • Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Assist with the preparation of promotional videos, testimonials, and case studies.

6. Events and Offline Activities:

  • Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Liaise with event organizers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution.
