Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving Duties:

• Safely operate the assigned vehicle (car or SUV) to transport individuals, executives, guests, or goods.
• Ensure timely pickup and drop-off as per the given route or schedule.
• Plan efficient travel routes using GPS or local knowledge to avoid traffic or roadblocks.
• Remain calm and composed during traffic congestion or long hours of driving.

2. Vehicle Maintenance and Care:

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before use checking fuel levels, engine oil, water, brakes, tires, lights, battery, and indicators.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness (interior and exterior) at all times.
• Report any mechanical issues, unusual noises, or damages to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure the vehicle is serviced regularly, and all legal documents (insurance, registration, PUC, road tax) are up to date.

3. Safety and Compliance:

• Obey all traffic rules, signals, and road regulations while driving.
• Maintain a valid and active driving license and commercial badge (if applicable).
• Wear seat belts and ensure all passengers do the same.
• Drive responsibly, avoiding rash or distracted driving behaviors.

4. Recordkeeping and Reporting:

• Maintain a daily logbook or trip sheet noting kilometers traveled, locations visited, fuel usage, and time logs.
• Submit fuel and toll bills, maintenance receipts, and travel expenses on time.
• Keep records of vehicle service history and upcoming renewal dates for legal documents.

5. Client and Executive Handling:

• Greet passengers with politeness and assist with doors, luggage, or personal belongings.
• Follow confidentiality guidelines, especially when working with high-profile or executive clients.
• Be available during odd hours or holidays if the employer requires flexible timing.
• Accommodate specific requests such as specific routes, preferred speeds, or vehicle settings.
