Executive - Inside Sales - BFSI (2-6 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (BFSI Sales)

Job Role & Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and digital channels to sell other pension plans.- Compare pension plans NPS, LIC, HDFC, etc.- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and database management.- Explain retirement planning benefits, including tax savings (80C/10(10D)), guaranteed income, and annuity options.- Address customer objections and provide tailored solutions based on financial goals.- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.- Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads for closures.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales insurance, mutual funds, or banking.- Strong knowledge of retirement plans, pension schemes, and tax-saving investments.- Ability to compare pension plans and articulate key differentiators.- Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales processes.- IRDA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
