Job Description
1. About the Role:-1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including outbound calling, email campaigns, social media, online research.2. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer challenges and requirements. 3. Qualify & Nurture Leads: Conduct discovery calls to assess budget, timeline, and decision-makers; hand off SQLs (Sales-Qualified Leads) to present detailed CRM demos.4. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM, including contact information, sales activities, deal progress, and detailed summary of communication. This includes timely data entry, regular updates, and ensuring data quality.5. Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline in CRM of qualified leads and consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets.2. Requirements:-- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)- Ability to persuade and convince customers- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Experience in telemarketing or sales preferred- Awareness and knowledge within IT industry (Products/ Services)- Any Graduate with 1 - 2-year experience in lead generation.3.
