-You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the different hair restoration services we offer.
-Your primary goal will be to inform prospects about our services, generate leads, and convert inquiries into appointments or consultations.Key responsibilities include:- Making Outbound Calls: You will make calls to potential clients who have shown interest in our services, explaining the benefits of our hair transplant solutions, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns.- Product Knowledge: You will be expected to have a clear understanding of our various services, such as FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction), FUT (Follicular Unit Transplant), PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy, and other treatments, so you can explain them effectively to clients.- Lead Generation and Follow-up: Identifying potential leads, following up with interested prospects, and ensuring that they are provided with all the necessary information about our treatments.- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by offering exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met at every stage of the process.- Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling consultations for clients with our doctors or specialists based on their needs and preferences.- Sales Targets: Meeting individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the clinic.Skills and Qualifications We Are Looking For:- Excellent Communication Skills: You should have strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently. Fluency in Hindi and English is a must, and additional language skills will be considered an advantage.- Persuasive and Customer-Oriented: We are looking for individuals who can engage customers effectively and turn inquiries into sales. A customer-centric approach with a positive attitude is essential.- Sales Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
