Position: Tuition Teacher for Fountain Tuition Centre & Fountain IAS Academy
Location: Hosur (A Unit of Fountain Learning App)
Job Overview:
Fountain Tuition Centre is looking for passionate and experienced teachers for all subjects from 6th to 10th standard across CBSE, ICSE, and State Board curricula. We aim to build a team of dedicated educators who are enthusiastic about shaping young minds and committed to providing personalized and impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and effective tuition sessions for students in classes 6 to 10 across all subjects.
Prepare and deliver lesson plans aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and State Board syllabi.
Create assessments and provide regular feedback to monitor student progress.
Motivate and guide students to build academic confidence and improve performance.
Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding student development.
Stay updated with current teaching methods and curriculum changes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Education or any relevant discipline.
Prior experience in teaching students of classes 6 to 10 is highly preferred.
Proficiency in handling multiple subjects across school-level syllabi.
Strong communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a student-centered approach to teaching.
