Customer Relationship Executive

Cattleya Technosys is looking for FRESHERS to work as Control Room Executives (CRE)
Job Description: Resource shall be responsible for remotely monitoring of sites like Bank branches, ATM s, retail outlets etc., process through the trouble ticket created by the monitoring system.
Education: Any Diploma or BA/BCom/BBA,BBM, BSc graduates (students with back papers can apply if they have good communication skills). Profiles of Post graduates or engineering degrees will NOT be considered.
Required Candidate profile:
Candidates should be ready to work from our Jayanagar office
Candidates should be comfortable to work in night shifts and rotational shifts
Good communication skills.
Language Proficiency- English, Hindi, Local Language
Capable of taking quick, correct decisions.
Inquisitive thinking and being assertive
MUST BE A FRESHER
Work Location: The candidate must be ready to work from our Jayanagar office.
