Reports To: Centre Manager / Administrator Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact at CS Diligence Academy Coaching Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent front-desk service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for students, parents, and visitors. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and courteously.
• Provide accurate information about courses, batches, timings, and fees to walk-ins and phone inquiries.
• Assist with student admissions, registrations, and documentation processes.
• Maintain student attendance records and update databases as required.
• Coordinate with faculty and staff for smooth daily operations.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.
• Handle scheduling and appointment bookings for counselling or faculty interactions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
• Assist with organizing seminars, exams, events, and parent meetings.
• Collect fees, issue receipts, and maintain basic financial records (if applicable).
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/degree in administration or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours: 2PM-8PM
