This role is crucial for building and expanding an effective and motivated agency channel to drive revenue growth.Roles and Responsibilities:- Identify and recruit potential agents or advisors to build a strong sales force.- Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation programs for new agents.- Organize regular training and skill development programs for agents on products, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.- Coach agents to improve productivity, product knowledge, and sales skills.- Set individual and team targets, monitor performance, and provide guidance to meet or exceed goals.- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to agents.Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales required.- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
