Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Billing Executive to handle day-to-day billing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating invoices, maintaining billing records, and ensuring timely payments from clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients/customers.
Review and verify billing data and documents for accuracy.
Ensure timely submission of bills and follow-up on payments.
Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and other billing documents.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for billing-related matters.
Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer queries.
Monitor outstanding payments and prepare aging reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations (e.g., GST).
Assist in monthly billing closures and reporting
