Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by engaging directly with customers in the field, building strong client relationships, and effectively promoting and selling the company s products or services. This role requires proactive outreach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets through face-to-face interactions, client visits, and territory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate leads within assigned territories through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence to the sales manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer support to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales service.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase products and expand market presence.
• Manage territory efficiently to maximize sales coverage and penetration.
