Female Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, professional-quality videos aligned with the project brief.
• Add transitions, effects, background scores, voiceovers, sound effects, subtitles, and graphics as needed.
• Create short-form videos (e.g., reels, shorts), long-format videos, and promotional materials for digital marketing.
• Understand and execute different visual styles based on the brand, platform, or audience.
• Collaborate with the content team, directors, producers, and graphic designers to meet production goals.
• Organize and maintain video archives, raw footage, and project files systematically.
• Adapt video content for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and websites.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions to meet creative and technical expectations.
• Stay updated with current trends in video editing, social media formats, and storytelling styles.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects is a plus).
• Good sense of timing, visual aesthetics, and audio synchronization.
• Strong storytelling ability with attention to flow, continuity, and engagement.
• Understanding of social media video formats, aspect ratios, and optimization techniques.
• Creative mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
