Required Tele Caller - Lucknow

• Making calls to potential customers
• Explaining company services and products
• Maintaining daily call records
• Submitting daily progress reports

• 12th grade or higher education
• Fluent communication skills in the local language
• Basic computer skills

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

• Make cold calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns and sales leads.
• Schedule appointments or demonstrations for sales representatives.
• Convert potential leads into customers by addressing objections and explaining product benefits.
• Maintain a consistent calling volume to achieve daily/weekly targets.

Inbound Calling:

• Handle incoming calls from customers with inquiries about products, services, or orders.
• Provide detailed and accurate information to resolve customer questions.
• Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Lead Generation and Qualification:

• Identify potential customers and qualify leads through scripted questioning.
• Update and maintain customer records in CRM or database systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and follow-up scheduling.

Customer Service and Support:

• Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
• Provide after-sales support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Reporting and Feedback:

• Maintain daily call logs, noting call outcomes and customer information.
• Report on call metrics and performance to supervisors.
• Provide feedback on customer trends, competitor activities, and product reception.
