Job Summary:

As a Tele Sales Executive , you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, explaining the company s products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase or take action. Your success will depend on your communication skills, ability to build rapport, and passion for meeting targets. This is a day shift, office-based job with a supportive team, basic training, and fixed working hours. No fieldwork or travel involved.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

• Call potential or existing customers from the company s database or leads provided.
• Introduce and explain products/services clearly and confidently over the phone.
• Make a high volume of calls daily and maintain consistent follow-up with interested leads.

Customer Engagement:

• Answer customer queries, handle objections, and provide accurate information.
• Build rapport with customers and create interest in products or services being offered.
• Ensure a polite, professional, and courteous tone in every interaction.

Sales Conversion:

• Persuade potential customers to book appointments, place orders, or sign up for services.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets set by the team leader.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain records of calls, customer responses, and outcomes in the system or registers.
• Update CRM tools or call logs as instructed by supervisors.

Reporting & Feedback:

• Share daily call summaries and reports with the team leader or reporting manager.
• Provide feedback on common customer objections, lead quality, or competitor responses.
