Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers in the UK region for sales, lead generation, surveys, or customer support.
• Clearly communicate the product or service offerings and address customer questions.
• Build rapport with customers to encourage engagement and conversion.
• Follow call scripts and guidelines where applicable while maintaining a natural conversation flow.
• Record and update customer details accurately in the system.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for follow-up and support when required.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach in all customer interactions.
• Participate in training, meetings, and team-building activities.
