Job Summary:We are hiring a highly experienced and dynamic Regional Business Head with a strong background in sales leadership, P&L management, and strategic client engagement. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in industries like Jewellery, Telecom, or Insurance and must be willing to relocate to Kanpur (preferred) or Lucknow. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving revenue growth, team management, and market expansion in the Central region.Salary: 25 lacs to 30 lacs per annumKey Responsibilities:1. Regional Sales Leadership : Lead the regional sales strategy and execution. Develop and drive customized media and marketing solutions aligned with client needs and local market demands.2. P&L Management : End-to-end ownership of the region s P&L. Monitor business performance, improve profitability, and deliver sustainable growth through strategic account expansion and client acquisition.3. High-Value Client Solutions : Engage with premium brands and decision-makers to deliver tailored advertising and media solutions. Strengthen client relationships to ensure long-term business impact.4. Team Leadership : Inspire, guide, and manage a high-performing team across multiple locations. Promote innovation, performance accountability, and cross-functional synergy.5. Strategic Partnerships : Build and nurture relationships with key agencies, clients, and partners. Leverage insights and market trends to offer competitive, compliant, and innovative sales strategies.6. Market Insights & Analytics- : Use regional consumption patterns, client ad spend trends, and data insights to refine sales and marketing strategies for optimal campaign execution.7. Local Market Focus : Deep understanding of the Central region and its market landscape. Align product offerings and marketing pitches to regional needs and client expectations.8. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (Solutions, Programming, Marketing) to deliver integrated campaigns that meet regional market and business goals.Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory) :1. MBA or Postgraduate degree from a reputed institution2. Minimum 15 years of senior-level sales and business leadership experience3. Proven experience in managing P&L responsibilities and delivering business outcomes4. Prior experience in any of the preferred industries: Jewellery, Telecom, Insurance5. Strong corporate account management skills and ability to deliver client-centric solutions6. Hands-on experience in managing geographically diverse teams and driving regional business growth7. Must have exposure to the Central India market, including local trends, business opportunities, and customer behavior8. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills9.
