We are looking for an experience Sr. CRM Executive to lead our customer engagement and retention strategies through data-driven lifecycle marketing. This role focuses on delivering personalized experiences across email, SMS, and push notifications to improve activation, retention, and customer lifetime value. Ideal candidates have a solid foundation in segmentation, campaign execution, and a strong understanding of the eCommerce or retail customer journey.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and refine CRM strategies that drive user engagement, retention, and conversion across the customer lifecycle.- Design and execute targeted campaigns via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.- Build and manage audience segments based on behavioral, transactional, and demographic data.- Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to align messaging and customer journeys.- Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.) and optimize through A/B testing and analytics.- Use CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to implement personalized and scalable campaigns.- Develop re-engagement, win-back, upsell, and cross-sell campaigns tailored to customer behavior.- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.- Stay informed on industry best practices and CRM trends, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.- 3 years of hands-on experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in eCommerce or retail.- Strong expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, Braze, or similar).- Proven ability to execute complex, data-driven campaigns at scale.Proficiency in segmentation, user journey mapping, and marketing automation.- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and strategy.Excellent communication, copywriting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.- Understanding of data protection laws and customer consent frameworks (e.g., GDPR, TCPA).
