We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of Insurance Advisors. This role involves driving new sales, developing effective strategies, and building long-term relationships with agency partners to maximize revenue and market reach. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
-Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors to ensure performance excellence.
-Track and evaluate advisor performance, providing necessary support and guidance.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to foster business growth.
-Conduct training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills of advisors. Key Qualifications: - 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or channel sales management.
-Minimum undergraduate degree.
-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
