Company Secretary - CS

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in Restructuring assignment which includes Business reorganisation, mergers, Setting up of New business etc
2 preparation and filing of statutory documents and returns.
2. Support the coordination of board and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date company records and registers.
4. Assist in the organization and execution of corporate events and investor meetings.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Conduct research and analysis on corporate governance best practices.
7. Provide general administrative support to the CS department, including handling correspondence and managing calendars.
