Required Receptionist - Mumbai

Selected intern 's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression for our esteemed clients
2. Assist visitors by providing them with necessary information and directions, going the extra mile to ensure their needs and queries are addressed promptly and accurately
3. Handle incoming calls and redirect them appropriately, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
4. Manage the reception area, keeping it clean and organized while ensuring that all necessary materials and documents are readily available
5. Maintain an updated and organized filing system, ensuring that important documents and records are easily accessible when needed
6. Proficiently use MS Excel to manage and update various administrative tasks, such as keeping track of visitor logs, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies
7. Utilize Hindi proficiency to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues who prefer or require assistance in Hindi, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
