Travel and food allowances will be provided as per company policy & In the solar industry, an Electrical Site Engineer is responsible for& managing and supervising the electrical installation and commissioning of solar projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.& They work closely with other engineers, technicians, and contractors to meet quality standards and project goals.& Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Management: Overseeing the daily electrical work on a solar project site, including the installation of equipment, wiring, and systems.& Quality Control: Ensuring that all electrical equipment, materials, and installations comply with industry standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.& Testing and Commissioning: Performing electrical tests and commissioning procedures to verify the proper functioning of the solar power plant.& Safety Management: Ensuring that all electrical work is conducted safely and in compliance with relevant safety regulations and protocols.& Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving electrical issues or faults that may arise during construction or commissioning.& Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of electrical work, inspections, and testing results.& Collaboration: Working effectively with other engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.& Project Planning and Scheduling: Participating in the planning and scheduling of electrical work, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and on time.& Technical Support: Providing technical support to construction crews and subcontractors on site, addressing any technical questions or concerns.& Compliance: Ensuring that all electrical work complies with local and national codes, regulations, and standards.& & Note:& Salary for the above position is open and negotiable.
