Role And Responsibilities:-

Most importantly, tele calling is all about building repeat business through good customer relations

Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.

Noting important details of each conversation.

Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.

Superb verbal communication.

Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.

Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.

Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a high productivity rate.

A team player with leadership skills.

It 's also important to have excellent communication and typing skills, alongside the ability to perform in an office setting.&

Superior product knowledge.

Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on calls/leads assigned.

Proficient in all Microsoft applications.

Answering inbound calls /customer queries related to our services.

Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.

Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others ' dispositions.

Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.&

Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.

Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, following up on Enquiry, and database

Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

Addressing clients ' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.

Obtaining and updating lists of individuals ' contact details.

Requires patience, persuasiveness, and persistence.&

Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

Keep records of calls.
